Social Media
An online store where social had to do more than build an audience, it had to sell.

The situation
Clever Solutions sells household gadgets online, led by a best-selling kitchen caddy. For an e-commerce brand, follower counts are a vanity metric. The only number that matters is whether social sends people to the store and whether they buy. The channels needed to be a sales engine, not a brand-awareness exercise.
The approach
We built a hook-led content strategy across video and static, every piece engineered to stop the scroll in the first second and drive straight to the product. Content leaned on the product in use, quick demonstrations, and the bundle deals that lift order value. Rather than posting to be seen, every post had a job: get the click, then let the store convert.
The result
The content brings over 150 people to the website a day, and critically, it converts. 45% of those visitors go on to buy, most taking one to three products through the bundle offers, a conversion rate well above the e-commerce norm. Social measured on sales, not likes, doing exactly what an online store needs.
